"The Mission of the Tulare County Probation Association is to represent the Officers of the Tulare County Probation Department.  We provide support, guidance and professional, legal representation to our members. We advocate for safe working conditions, and negotiate for fair, and competitive compensation and benefits. We strive to build positive and collaborative relations amongst our members, with our administration and in our communities."
